Group therapy brings together a circle of individuals who share similar challenges—like anxiety, grief, or life transitions—to learn and heal together. Under the guidance of a skilled therapist, you’ll find a safe, confidential space to voice your experiences, listen to others, and discover that you’re not alone on your journey.

At BT, our group sessions are fully-virtual and intentionally curated so everyone has room to speak and grow. This means you can join from the comfort of your space, plus, our affordable rates ensure that you can access professional support without breaking the bank.

Early Registration

Our team is really excited to launch our new groups for Summer 2025! While we work on getting everything just right, you can go start by registering for a group your interested in via the form below. We’ll send all the details you need know before we start groups.

We’ve got you covered.

  • In a typical session, a a group meets online with a licensed therapist to share experiences, practice coping tools, and offer mutual support in a safe, confidential environment.

  • Each group meets for 120 minutes at least once a week. We ask you to commit to at least four (4) consecutive sessions to build trust, momentum, and real progress.

  • Our group sessions are affordably priced at just $80 per session.

  • Many plans cover group therapy. We recommend you check-in with your insurer, but we will also provide an invoice for you after your session to submit to your insurer.
